The service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They should fire the entire staff excluding Amanda Byers, the only person that seems to care about customer service.
I have been a repeat customer for allstar dodge since 2000 with this being my 5th and final vehicle purchase from them . I had a 2024 ram 1500 tradesman i purchased from them and it was in the shop for a transmission clunk and an issue not wanting to accelerate after pushing the pedal to the floor and it stayed in the shop 2 days and they say they couldnt find any issues with it . ( Only 27000 miles ) And i didnt feel safe driving it because i didnt know when it would have that acceleration issue again and i possibly could g... read more
