I have been a repeat customer for allstar dodge since 2000 with this being my 5th and final vehicle purchase from them . I had a 2024 ram 1500 tradesman i purchased from them and it was in the shop for a transmission clunk and an issue not wanting to accelerate after pushing the pedal to the floor and it stayed in the shop 2 days and they say they couldnt find any issues with it . I had my 2016 Durango towed to the dealership bc my starter went out and they kept me informed throughout the process. I have a lifetime warranty on my vehicle that I brought when I purchased it in Georgia. I stated I had a warranty, provided paperwork and my sales tech Amanda took care of the claim and everything! I even asked if they could go ahead and rotate the tires and change my oil since they had it in their care. Real people that really care!
