I went by for an inexpensive trim piece that recently broke in my interior. The parts counter was covered with mounds of papers, the parts guy was pretty off put by my even being there. I ordered a part. Was told it would be in the next day. They'd call me. More than a week later of no call no show, I called in. The guy answers and was not interested in searching for my order at all. Finally came back with "o yeah, it's not here." "Don't know anything else."
