Great people to work with. I’ve worked with Brandy in the service Department and the service director Mary. Both understood my concerns with my truck there in their possession while me being 480 miles away. They were extremely accommodating and advocating to get me back on the road affordably and quickly. My experience was horrible my vehicle was completely misdiagnosed and I was refused a refund I was told I needed a transmission and I had my vehicle towed to a transmission shop and my vehicle was diagnosed with a broken cv axle and was repaired the following day, spoke with the service manager about a refund for misdiagnosing my vehicle and was refused due to the insurance investigator and mechanic both saying that the transmission was bad I was told by the insurance investigator that the mechanic said he didn’t have a hois... read more
