Ms. Valencia made my experience very easy. She is GENUINELY friendly and that is something that most car salespeople only pretend to be. Ms. V did everything that was in her power to ensure satisfaction upon entry and exit. I would DEFINITELY refer this lady to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle.
