All Star was contracted to clean my mattress through my warranty company. Hazma entered my home, refused to take off his shoes or use covers, and then proceeded to roll up my rugs and pick up personal items that I explicitly asked him not to touch. Our techs said there was a lot of stuff on the bed and the offered to help you out moving it, like many customers we have assisted in the past, and you freaked out on them and were shaking angry and asked them to leave.
