Dropped my car off on Saturday at 9:00 to have the seats shampooed and the car detailed (they told me Friday to bring it Saturday). They told me they would have it done Sunday at 2:30. We’ll Sunday when I called they had not even started on my car. Like how do you not start on the first car there and you’ve had it for 2 days. So they wanted to keep it till Monday which I couldn’t let them because I do work so they told me it would be done at 7:30. Got there to pick it up and they had only washed it and vacuumed it.
