?????????? I worked with Jeff to install a radon mitigation system. I called and he was able to come out the same day to give an estimate, and the system was installed just a few days later. The whole team at AllStar Basements also went above and beyond to answer my many questions via phone call and text message. I truly can’t say enough great things about AllStar Basements! Not only did Jeff lead us to the best plan for our home, but the install team was outstanding! The foreman and his crew were the hardest working crew I have witnessed in awhile. The foreman even skipped lunch to make sure our job was done accurately and on time. Big shout out to all team members that made this hard to swallow cost, bearable. You guys are appreciated!

The initial experience seemed to go okay, as they bid far less for the job than a competitor, and the work they did was quick and the crew was professional. However, it became quickly apparent that the problem that I’d originally called them for had not been fixed.
