We contacted All-Star Basements to help us with our son’s wet basement. From the initial phone call with Jeff to speaking with Matt, the foreman on site, we knew we hired the right company! We had the best experience dealing with All Star basements! All the staff were so friendly and informative. We had a huge mess in our basement and they came in and did a wonderful job fixing us up. We will definitely be referring all star to others.

Awesome customer service and awesome work done! Lindsay in the office did a fabulous job answering our questions and the crew we had at our house for the mud jacking were so professional!! As new residents to Rochester and new homeowners, my husband and I explored and weighed several options and waterproofing companies to fix mild but consistent seepage in our basement. We just recently moved into the home we are purchasing, ahead of closing because of delays... The sellers allowed us to do so. Unfortunately, a heavy rain revealed water issues in the basement!! The sellers graciously offered to add gutters and regrade the side of the house where the seepage was... Our experience with All-Star Basements has been fantastic. We got an estimate from them but weren't ready to proceed with the work until more than a year later, and they still honored the estimate and even gave us a lower price. They got us into their schedule quickly, had a large crew at our house for 11 hours to complete the job in one day, and the completed work was great. All Star worked on my Father's, age 82 at the time, basement. First, being told that you have to make a decision to have the work done on a specified day if you want the discount is awfully pushy and reeks of underhandedness. Next, they called on the day before they were to come as they weren't able to do the work for that day's assigned customer.
