I had been turned down from countless dealerships, The big ones who make all the promises about financing everyone ,so you can understand how i felt going into this dealership. Big thanks to Joan and the All Star Auto Sales staff for helping me obtain a used car loan even with a recent repossession. Joan spent 2 days with me at different times showing me cars and helping me thru the insurance process with a local agent.

These folks are the best! Joan makes you feel relaxed and right at home. This was our second purchase and will NOT be our last. It is the only place to go in Raleigh for a great deal and customer service even with bad credit. If they can't get you a car financed nobody can! Fantastic experience both times.. Love them all!!

Joan is not your typical salesperson. She is much more interested in building and maintaining relationships. Yes, she profits from each sale, but she is kind, honest, patient and extremely helpful throughout this stressful process. I purchased my vehicle due to her personality

I have bought 3 cars from Joan the really nice lady at All Star auto sales.I have never ever had any problems and only people who do not make their payments or do not communicate with them would have a problem if they financed their cars. They sell great cash cars for between 3-5000 and finance cars for 12 months as well and give people with bad credit a chance.The one year financing means no huge finance charges.I highly recommend them.
