Unauthorized work was performed on my vehicle without notifying or getting approval from me first. This should never happen. A simple call would have avoided the issue. Very disappointed with the lack of communication from the owner, Eric.
Not a good experience in this place. Went to replace my tires. Tires weren't balanced. He told me that the machine wasn't working. Still had to pay the price any shop chargers for mount and balance.
