Not vigilant about informing me about an order placed and paid for, 9.01.21, I find out about the delay after talking to a very polite person (reason for 2 stars) that it was delayed for a quality concern and it would then arrive 09.16.21. Since the Insurance company was demanding immediate delivery I have to cancel the order and loose all profit by ordering a factory replacement on their decision > NOT CONTACTING ME WITH PROBLEM.
The shop I work for ordered from them. There was a minor issue at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved - so quickly it shouldn't even be brought up! I'm only bringing it up so I can mention Aliyah Fabiano as she was the one who helped me and gave impeccable customer service. We will definitely do business again!
