I work at a body shop in the Summerville area and we order alot of lamps from All Star. Typically I don't have too many issues but as of late, it seems like every time I talk to someone there and request something like a copy of an invoice, it appears they are highly incapable of doing so.
Words can not describe how terrible All Star Headlights customer service is. They sent me a refurbished headlight for a customer who is very particular only because his insurance company would not purchase a brand new one. It arrived with swirl marks from a poor buffing job, hoping the customer wouldn't notice or wouldn't care we installed it anyway. Turns out it didn't matter, 3 days after install we had a rainy day and the "refurbished" headlight was full of moisture which was the exact reason it was replaced in the first ... read more
Austen took my request for my part. He is a very friendly person and detailed in getting the right part for my car. The service was so fast It startled me when it showed up at my door before 24 hrs and it looked like new..
order headlight from them came with prior shipping all brackets broken,look like someone does not know how to remove it from the car and break it, what a waste of time,
