Scheduled an appointment for 11 am, my husband drove from Federal Way to Seattle to save $30 and then they had the wrong windshield. What should have been finished by noon took until well after 3 pm and then they "forgot" to put the windshield wipers that we purchased on the car. Now we have to wait for them to come tomorrow to put on the $40 wipers that we paid for. The time frame they gave us is between 8 am and noon. Truly HORRIBLE service

It's getting colder, roads contain more mud and gravel - and I have been living with a few small cracks and dings on my glass for about 8 months now.. Last week, however - one of the existing cracks slid across the entire length of my windshield, so I called All Star. They got me in really quickly, and within 2 hours, I drove away with a brand new windshield. I am super happy that they have real people that answer the phone!!! I have a huge hole in my windshield from a rock, and I was calling around to schedule an appointment and All Star was the ONLY place that a HUMAN answered the phone! Thank you! ...And best of all, then can get me in tomorrow!
