I have known Rich at All-Star Appliance Service for the past 20years.Only Rich has worked on all of my major appliances . I called him 20 years ago to fix a washer. He is very upfront about costs. He told me for the repairs I needed he didn't want to charge me over 400.00 for parts and labor. He was honest and said "I would rather lose money than steer you wrong." Call this company this morning Rich was out within an hour diagnosed and repaired my Whirlpool dryer immediately, it is an older basic dryer needed a new thermostat job done and working as new! Keep this company in mind for all your repairs. Thanks so much Rich
Our dryer stopped heating up yesterday afternoon, and I called All-Star Appliance Services around 6:15pm thinking I'd leave a message and someone might call me back the next day. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and we set an appointment for today between 10-2. Rich was here during that window of time, quickly assessed what was wrong with my dryer (we didn't need to replace it - whew!), and had it repaired within a half hour. Thank you!
Called up and Ray was out within 2 days, he had the parts, replaced a few parts, cleaned the dryer, also fixed an annoying ratel. Our dryer now is working like new new. I’ve been using All Star on the repairs I can’t fix.
