I had an appointment at 9 AM on a Monday morning for them to come out and give me an estimate at 9:20 after they hadn’t reached out I called a woman answered and said “oh I thought I left you a message on Friday -we needed to reschedule”. Well she never did. I was here all day on Friday. I would’ve received the the class and/or messages - they just never bothered to contact me and I wasted my entire Monday getting ready for them to show up at nine and now they wanna move the appointment to Wednesday which I cannot accommodat... read more
Very professional company. One of the owners showed up at my house shortly after I called for service. Extremely professional. Gave me a straight price and a contract. Few hours later my shattered front of the house window was installed and looked great. So good to see a company that is honest and direct with their customers while giving the customer excellent service. Thank you so much!
