I pre-ordered parts they told me to: it took two months for them to rebuild. The shop communicated. Kevin kept trying to sell me a used case he had but I declined several times--they then tried to return the work incomplete without warranty and at a lower price. In the end, there was a leak and I had to have the transmission pulled and sent back. Bad communication skills very impatient
I have had two transmission rebuilt by Kevin. Both still going strong. Kevin was super helpful in suggesting some different gear ratios for a classic truck transmission swap. Great place and quick service.
