Bill is a great mechanic. I have known him for 40 years through business. He is one of the most honest people I have ever met! He can fix anything. Conway is blessed to have Bill.
Bill is one of the remaining few honest mechanics left in an industry that is constantly looking to make a few (more) quick bucks off of you. I took a chance on an old, used Hustler Raptor that had been sitting idle in an older lady's garage for the last several years. I brought my lawnmower to this shop for repairs, and they kept it for a week. When I picked it up, they assured me the issue was fixed. However, the problem persisted, so I returned it the following week. The shop owner had gone on vacation, but I managed to get it diagnosed by mowing a small area. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved after bringing it back home. After spending over $118, I feel completely ripped off.
