We ordered over $400 of product online. We estimated shipping cost to Hawaii (free) and then verified that there was, in fact, free shipping again during the check-out process. The charge hit our credit card almost immediately but almost 2 1/2 weeks later, we'd heard nothing and had no product. We called and were told that they'd notified us that they couldn't honor the free shipping and had refunded us. That was not at all the case.
