Acrisure and Mac were very responsive to our needs and kept a sense of urgency when we needed to move quickly to secure a contract. The level of service has been above and beyond what I expected and appreciate the open communication and transparency to get all of our insurance needs taken care of.
Just updating - 3 years later and we're still working with Jaime. She's been great. Jaime helped a ton. We looked at 7 different policies, at one point or another - ended up going with 4 - and she guided is through all of the details and decisions. On top of everything, friendly and quick to respond.
