Sam from All-Spec came out, looked at my furnace after three other companies I called told me I needed a new furnace to the tune of $5k to $8,000. And, Mat with Gault Heating and cooling had the audacity to snip my wire disabling my furnace stating there was a carbon monoxide leak registering on the line, I have five carbon monoxide detectors nothing registered. Started with getting an estimate where the tech giving me the estimate was very informative from the type of system he wanted to install to the pricing. Then came the scheduling where they offered a day and I told them that wouldn’t work and they scheduled me for the one day that would best for my family without any questions.
