Dusty did a wonderful job renovating my 20+ year old spa. We did not want to buy a new, expensive spa. Dusty replaced all the working elements and then some. He even found a vendor source for my filter due to my manufacturer is out of business. His experience, expertise, customer service and patience were put to the test. Thanks Dusty for a great ending to a big project! :)

Very pleased. Mr Dial responded promptly to my phone calls. He was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner, coming out to diagnose my hot tub problem just 2 days after I called him. I had reached out to several companies some of which didn't even respond by the time Mr Dial had us up and running! He worked in the freezing cold with water temps around 45 degrees. Dusty Sr. assisted me when another repairman suddenly retired and started he wouldn't fix three tub her sold me less that a year ago. I had issues with the control panel and Dusty came to fix the problem. He took off the cover and showed me three issue. He took the part and then called the manufacturer. Dusty them called me and asked who installed the device. I informed him that I purchased the tub from the repairman, I didn't install anything but the electrical cord...which I plugged into the wall. We called Dusty about our hot tub because the main pump motor was bad. He came right out and took the motor out and got us a new motor and replaced it. A week later we noticed a leak and called him that evening. The next morning at 8:30 he was at our house and fixed the leak. Would not take any money for the trip. We were very lucky to have gotten his phone number from another friend. If you want a honest dependable person to work on your spa call Dusty and you will not be disappointed. Just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know, if you need help with your Jacuzzi, Dusty Dials is the man for the job. I thought my 2006 Jacuzzi would never work again. My wife was telling me to junk it, but after talking with the Professional Dusty Dials he let me know, and assured me it would be like new and now I have it hooked up again and like he said it is as good as it was in 2006.
