Allie was great the transaction was easy!!!!!
I kept a storage unit here for many years. Everything was fine. I had a 10x20, then went to a 10x10. I moved an hour North. I have to say I was able to get a 10x10 climate controlled unit for $100.00 less. Maybe this is because of location. But I had to mention it.
Prime storage is full of rats and water. Everything had to be taken to the dump. Very upset I lost all my pictures from my daughter who passed away.
Do not appreciate how this company does business. Doubling rates with no warning. I was leaving the company and filled out form to move out and they called me and said they’re kept me at same rate only to withdraw the double rate from my account. Moved my RV to a place with same rate for full contract.
Front staff was friendly and explained the process well when we got started
