Carole and Dwayne always offer fantastic customer service. We purchased a spa a few years back and purchase/delivery and installation was top notch. We’ve had contact over the years and have always been friendly and knowledgable and most importantly prompt! We live quite a distance but choose to use All Spa! Thank you Dwayne and Carole!
All Spa was recommended by a local shop to repair my jacuzzi water pump. Dropped it of this morning and it was ready by mid afternoon. Great service and fast turnaround. Highly recommended.
The heater in our swim spa stopped working and tripped the power so we needed a repair. All Spa and Hot Tub LTD was professional, helpful and efficient. The repair tech came and worked on the spa and found the issue quickly and replaced the part. Last time I had to replace my heater, it cost almost $1,000 but this was one replaceable part and with the service call and part, only cost me $235. They are amazing. We have an older tub which had issues with the spa pack (board and heating coil) which Scott resolved. He was incredible, answering every question I had and provided great advice. I would highly recommend them.
