Ever had a AC emergency at 6pm on a Friday night? Well we did. Our drain line was clogged on the AC and overflow water was filling up the drain pan and the unit had shutoff . We got home to an 87 degree temp in the house. I called All South and Tony answered my call on his way home. He was at my home in 30 minutes and worked til almost 9 pm to fix the problem. 04/29/2025 AGAIN! All South AC, Heating and Refrigeration, Hot Springs, AR serviced us for a new AC/Heat unit through Cinch/Sears Home Warranty program (20+ year unit finally quit). The new unit is beautiful, quiet and very efficient. Mr. Alexander and his staff are the best company we have ever worked with for AC repairs over many years. Highly recommend them. JAY
All South replaced our heat system in December 2024. We have used them in the past for their honest work ethic. Actually, they go above and beyond for every job they do. If there was a "star rating" higher than 5, they would get that. Thank you Bryan and Tony!!! (from Michael and Linda Hale)
American Home-shield put me in touch with them and they are awesome!!! They go above and beyond really care about people’s time and shoot you straight. Bryan and Toney are great and they do great timely work efficiently and professionally!
I don't know why they accept American Home Shield work if they don't want to do it. After less than 10 minutes on my property; most of which talking; the "technician" left saying he couldn't fix it and would send his boss by. Boss never showed. After 2 weeks, I left a voicemail asking them to file a report - as they are required to do so that I could get some resolution.
