Being almost 500 miles away from my property All South is the only company I trust to work on my system. Bryan is very professional, he shows up at the scheduled time if not earlier. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and doesn’t do unnecessary work to make an extra buck unlike some other companies out there. Highly highly recommend.
Life-Saving Emergency Service - Trust Bryan at All-South! I cannot recommend Bryan at All-South enough. When our heat failed just prior to an arctic storm bringing 3-degree temperatures, ice, and snow, Bryan absolutely saved the day. We were in extreme danger because a previous contractor had left us with the wrong, uninstalled heat strip kit weeks prior, even after falsely claiming the emergency heat worked. The All South guys arrived on time, replaced the system with an upgrade in size, cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional. For the first time in 10 years, my A/C can now cool my home even more than acceptably. I highly recommend All South A/C, and I commend the owner Brian and his team for honesty and professionalism.
Ever had a AC emergency at 6pm on a Friday night? Well we did. Our drain line was clogged on the AC and overflow water was filling up the drain pan and the unit had shutoff . We got home to an 87 degree temp in the house. I called All South and Tony answered my call on his way home. He was at my home in 30 minutes and worked til almost 9 pm to fix the problem. 04/29/2025 AGAIN! All South AC, Heating and Refrigeration, Hot Springs, AR serviced us for a new AC/Heat unit through Cinch/Sears Home Warranty program (20+ year unit finally quit). The new unit is beautiful, quiet and very efficient. Mr. Alexander and his staff are the best company we have ever worked with for AC repairs over many years. Highly recommend them. JAY
