we asked all sounds to help us fix our old russsound system. They helped us find another russsound on ebay. Unfortunately they put in 2 very expensive speakers ($600) that i didn't ask for and then didn't fix the system. They didn't even give us another option. It was very frustrating. Later AV experts came in and put in sonos. Now it seems to be working. Would not recommend all sounds.

Professional & Courteous. They weren't able to help me with my (very specific) request but Jim took the time to help me find someone who could.
Jim and his team are amazing! Not only are they kind but they are extremely knowledgable. I won't use anyone else for maintenance or for my sound system. Highly recommend!!!!
