Jeff, Adam, and staff always do a wonderful job. They are helpful, respectful, and always willing to work within our budget and time constraints.
we asked all sounds to help us fix our old russsound system. They helped us find another russsound on ebay. Unfortunately they put in 2 very expensive speakers ($600) that i didn't ask for and then didn't fix the system. They didn't even give us another option. It was very frustrating. Later AV experts came in and put in sonos. Now it seems to be working. Would not recommend all sounds.

Professional & Courteous. They weren't able to help me with my (very specific) request but Jim took the time to help me find someone who could.
