Always been confortable with the staff but the last visit seems to me me the tech had no idea what he was doing Ive had a few visits to follow up and this is the first time My daughter felt uncomfortable and she had a new bracket added wich came out a few hrs latter because it wasn’t properly implant
I was disappointed that I had to insist on getting multiple cases for my daughter's retainers when she got her braces off (was told I could only have one). I need her to have a case in her lunchbox, in the car (in case we go out to eat at a restaurant) and in the house (near the dining room) to be sure she doesn't put the clear retainer on a napkin and have it accidently tossed. When her twin got her braces off, I was given 3 cases with no issue. Didn't make me want to refer friends or do a positive yelp review etc.

I love this dentist office and the staff. When I go my grandchildren have driven me crazy. I sit in the lobby and wind down while the boys in the back, The boys like coming and they love the bags they get when they leave. Also depending what services they get they sometimes get a popsicle. It close to where I live and I can take all boys at the same time and day. Which is a blessing. Thank you
