Dr. Neena and her staff are wonderful. Our whole family has been with her for the past 3 years. She is very patient and knows how to work with young children. She told my daughter that she was the bravest little girl she's worked with. (My daughter she had to get a baby root canal). Establishing a good rapport with young children is important to establish so they are not frightened should they need other procedures besides the routine cleaning. Can't say enough about this group --they are the best.

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Yes, it took a long time for me to recover Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

I was a patient at this dentist for two years. I left the practice when they completely abandoned me during my daughter's dental emergency. She knocked her front tooth clear out of her mouth and her other front tooth was dangling precariously. This was on a Friday morning. I called the office and there was no answer. I left a message as instructed to do so for an emergency. No one from the office ever called me back! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting room here is spacious. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
