Verry Verry upset. Had an appointment today. Showed up for appointment, after getting phone call by a live representative confirming apt. And was told I have a balance due of $235.00 on mine and my sons account. I said no I dont, very rudely told I was mailed a check from insurance provider for ir and I cashed it, I said no I did not. And was refused service for an unpaid bill not from me or my son. Very very Bad Customer Service. Highly Not Recommended.
This is seriously the best dental office I have been to the staff is polite and sweet its clean and I never leave uncomfortable or worried!
Absolutely love the staff! They are all so wonderful. I would recommend All Smiles to everyone. They follow up with you in regards to your treatment and make sure that they explain everything during procedures!!!
Great pleace to be,very friendly. Dr.Jackie&Katelynn are great.Always asking what they can do to make you more comfertable&make your visit better.
My husband went in with his mouth swollen and a bad tooth ache he hates going to the dentist so I was shocked when he came out with the tooth pulled and him willing to go back he said he really liked the dentist so for him to say that that is a plus especially if he is willing to go back he said the dentist was very friendly and explines everything to him and they even called the next day to check on him so I would def say of u need good dentist that's the place to go
So I've never had a problem with this office till recently. Tell me how it makes sense, to bill someone for $50 damn dollars for cancelling an appointment (BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T AFFORD THE SERVICES THAT WERE BEING PROVIDED FOR SAID APPOINTMENT)? That's some straight damn bullshit. I didn't even know the patients got billed for cancelling an appointment. But low and behold, I got the bill today.
