Michaela was absolutely wonderful! She has such a calm, pleasant personality, and she somehow knew exactly how to help me relax when my nerves started to kick in. She was kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. Dr. Crocker is fantastic! I had a stellar experience at AllSmiles!! I was recommended to see Dr. Crocker to get my lower permanent retainer fixed - it was fast, easy, personalized, and I was floored with how clean the facility was. The ladies at the front were very kind and helpful getting me set up as a patient, and Shannon made me feel so welcome as I got ready to see Dr. Crocker. They gave me branded swag too! It was a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be returning for all my dental and orthodontic care.
My first visit was in Nov 2025 I asked them to check if I was in network and I was told that they do accept my insurance. Long story short before I walked out I asked them 3 times am I going to receive bills from you (because I didn’t get my cleaning as planned) I was told “you should not because we did not file it) 7 month later I received a text message saying that I owe $15.50 and my insurance covered $189.50 It would be nice to check if your clients in network before you make an appointment. She did a great job and was so kind and professional. The Doctor was very thorough. Everyone was great. Thank you.. oh yeah they did not charge a arm and a leg.
