Don't waste your time! I recently left South Texas Dental to come to All Smiles, looking for a new dentist, ortho, atmosphere, and shorter waiting time. I was really happy with the first visit and the dentist for my children. My children recently had an appointment for ortho and when I called to confirm that morning, they told me that they no longer do ortho on Thursdays. I asked them, well couldn't you have made a phone call to me letting me know that? What would I have done if I didn't call to confirm and had just came in?... read more
staff was nice, but wait time was considerable- 20 minutes past appt. time, and with kids that's too long. They also brushed his teeth with normal brush- not the kind my dentist uses on my teeth. For a pediatric dentist I wanted cool fun waiting room, quality care, and on time appointments. (If I'm going to be there with 2 little kids on time I expect to get seen on time)
