I had fantastic experience! The clinic looks amazing! Modern, clean, and welcoming. I underwent laser treatment using one of their newest laser machine. They’ve equipped with latest cutting-edge technology, which made everything feel smooth and efficient. Friendly staff and top-notch care. Highly recommend!
Today I took my 9 year old son for his first dental check up and I was blown away with the best customer experience. From the minute you walk in, you were greeted warmly, made to feel welcomed and it was a great first impression. Dr Wong and her dental technician were amazing with my son - they instantly made him feel comfortable and gave the best experience possible for him and myself. 5 stars all the way. Darren is an excellent practitioner. He conducted my consultation, and soon after, we arranged the removal of my wisdom teeth. Done skillfully, no pain was felt, and the facilities are comfortable, making the whole experience a positive one. Took my wisdom teeth with me as a souvenir. :P
I’ve been coming here for years and stand by that this most welcoming and supportive dental clinic. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists have always been so compassionate, helpful, and kind. I see Dr Hao who is so personable, non-judgemental, friendly, and helpful - I would strongly recommend this place again and again! I normally have a lot of anxiety which is massively alleviated coming here.
Had an extraction done by Dr Darren and really recomend him for his expertise and great friendly manner. After a few dentists in the past he is the best by far. 10 out of 10 for his dentist practise too ... very state of the art and professional
