This doctor has closed office due to being EVICTED!! Beware....I went to another doctor after this one put braces on my daughter, and now I found out she never needed them and that ALL SMILES...did it for money. I will be following them with a lawsuit due to malpractice!
This review is based mainly on the office staff and their lack of communication. My son had his 1st dental procedure completed successfully and I was very happy with the care he received from the pediatric dentist. He is now due for his 2nd procedure & my daughter is due for her braces and they closed the office for renovations without even giving me a courtesy call. If i could give this dental office a zero I would! I’m never one to post reviews but i didn’t even step foot into the office and it was a horrible experience. Called 4 different times and days to make an appointment left 4 voicemails and never even received a call back. Never have I experienced a business this unprofessional over answering/retuning calls!!
I have come here for the last year and mostly a pleasant experience. However, I had an appointment today at 9am that was saved to my calendar. I called 6 times over the hour between 8 and 9 to confirm, left a message, and no response to confirm. I drove all the way there, showed up to the office for my scheduled cleaning ...the door was open but all the lights were off and no one was inside.
