They had my pressure washer for three weeks. I've only gotten excuses for not getting to it. Today I called to get my pressure washer to take it elsewhere.. The man on the other end said they were closed for the next ten days and I could go to Home D to rent one if I needed it right away. I asked him to call me when he got back in his office. He said no, I would have to call him and take a chance he would be there to recognize which unit was mine. Just HORRIBLE.
