I recently purchased a new machine to learn quilting which I got at a very reasonable price. A free one-on-one session was included with my purchase to demonstrate how the machine worked. The presentation was excellent! Thank you - I am even more happy with my purchase now that I know how to use it correctly and can return to All Sew if I encounter any problems.
Smh. This is company is so unprofessional! How can you claim a machine is finished being serviced on 12-30 yet the customer had to call and inquire about picking it up TWO WEEKS LATER. Then to come and find out the machine wasn't even serviced for what it was brought in for?!?! It says right on the original form to replace the bobbin case! Excuse after excuse is extremely sad. I have been going to All Sew for over 15 years. I love it that Alfred and Becky have "grown up" right in front of my eyes! They feel like family to me! They always treat everybody like family,with kindness and warmth. So helpful with any sewing issues. I bought my very first Singer embroidery machine (XL100) from them, so that tells you how long I have been going there :) If they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it. Great sales all the time. Beautiful, Fun store!
