If you are a tenant or homeowner looking for a trustworthy and reliable property management company to assist you, PLEASE go somewhere else. We, as tenants, agreed on a 1-year lease for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom in Mission Valley, San Diego. Our family has had a great experience with All Service Property Management Co. First of all, they did the property management on our rental condo for years. Everything was always in order, we got regular statements, and we had a great tenant. When we decided to sell the condo, Colleen had the listing up very quickly and helped us set a good price. When an offer was made and the sales transaction was going through - she went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend A.S.P.M.C.
