Michael the AC tech is great. I texted the wrong number and he still camd out at 8pm well after hours to help get my family cool in our house as we were having problems with the A/C cooling down the house.
At this point, I have to give him a one star. He fixed my AC without any problems, and gave me a "warranty". Two weeks later, I have a problem, may, or may not be anything to do with what he did. I contacted him on Friday to see if he could look at it. It's now Tuesday, and still no response. I explained in my phone, email and text messages that the AC is leaking. Could he please get back to me. A simple response either way would have been nice. Extremely unprofessional, and somewhat shocking. So much for his "warranty". Buy... read more
Mike seemed like he had better things to do,he was grumpy and slammed the door countless times. Got mud all in my house and rugs leaving it a mess!
