They sent a nice handsome gentleman, who was kind, courteous, knowledgeable a and was to repair both issues on my 25yr old Rheem central air system. I could not recommend these guys enough. 11/10 Ask for Anthony!
I got the name of an HVAC Tech from my handyman. I take care of my 97 year old dad in Port Jefferson Station - and I live two hours away. I have to trust the people who help me maintain my dad's home. I trust my handyman Rob Takach so I trust his recommendation. He hooked me up with Lou Drake... just a name and cell number - 8 AM Text - 8:15 call back - 12 noon problem fixed.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Our AC went out unexpectedly, and they got us scheduled much sooner than we expected. The owner Chris was friendly, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything and fixed the problem quickly. Fair pricing, great workmanship, and outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s this reliable. Highly recommend!
Professional and easy to work with. Did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend the to everyone. Will continue to use them for all future needs.
Very prompt, courteous, and professional
