Where do I even begin? We, as tenants, have had nothing but heartache with All Service Property Management (aka Keys4SD). If you are a tenant or homeowner looking for a trustworthy and reliable property management company to assist you, PLEASE go somewhere else. We, as tenants, agreed on a 1-year lease for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom in Mission Valley, San Diego. Our family has had a great experience with All Service Property Management Co. First of all, they did the property management on our rental condo for years. Everything was always in order, we got regular statements, and we had a great tenant. When we decided to sell the condo, Colleen had the listing up very quickly and helped us set a good price. When an offer was made and the sales transaction was going through - she went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend A.S.P.M.C.
Let's just suffice to say that the experience was not at all as I expected. The employee turnover and lack of response time is just the beginning. The lease I signed required that we have professional carpet cleaning and maid service, as well as patching of all holes from pictures prior to move out. I took two days off of work, had carpets cleaned and hired 3 maids, left receipts for all services, and had $200 deducted from my deposit. Really? I'm currently renting a place from ASPM and have found that they are very decent to their tenants. The few times I had an emergency they either were prompt in dealing with the situation or prompt in reimbursing me for the cost. I find that they are friendly and professional.
