Overall: Extremely impressed. Top line: their online instant cost estimator is great. Super simple, super easy. One of our systems decided to leak its refrigerant during this warm Texas summer. As it was quite elderly, we had already decided on a replacement when we called All Service to quote us a replacement system. Were they the cheapest quote? Andy Vestal came out today. Appointment was set between Noon and 5:00pm. Andy, as usual, texts me at 11:00am and shows up at 11:15am. Always the consummate professional from step one, He gets into the attic replacing both filters and yet giving a quick check on other AC hardware functions, visible in the attic. A seamless experience , with an on time performance; and even took off his shoes at the front. Finish your week strong Andy. Well done!

Fast response to my call to fix my A/C. Andy was polite and informative. Recommended switching to a 4" filter. I contracted for annual service, the cost of which was included in the amount paid for this service.

I was pleased with the service that I received from All Service Heating & Air. I called a Tuesday morning after a holiday weekend, and they were able to schedule a service call for that afternoon. The technician diagnosed the trouble quickly and had the necessary part at hand. He completed the work and checked the A/C functions in less than 45 minutes. I will call them again if needed!
