Repair work on lateral line was completed properly; however, follow-up video scope of the line performed by Steve ***** was insufficient and buyer of our house could not determine that line was repaired. Contacted Tracey (company contact) at least 10 times to have technician come back and do it correctly. He never responded and we finally had to pay another company to perform scope. Would never recommend this company to anyone! Tech showed up 45 minutes after he said he would be here in a few minutes, did not bring any tools in with him, we told him we know what the issue was, tree roots and we wanted our main stack snaked out, he argued with my husband and said he was not going to do that. Said the issue was in another stack, which we know is incorrect as we have been dealing with it for 20 years now and have to have it cleaned out once a year but our normal guy was unavailable. I manage a home maintenance account for National company (Follow Me Construction) We have exclusively used All Service Drain in the St. Louis market for several years. The are honest, dependable and fair. I never even look at second choices. **** ****** ********** *******

I had them come out to do routine maintenance. At first I thought my appointment was at 11am but it was 9am and they didn't show up until a little after 12pm. After the tech got done i asked for a discount and the tech was arguing with me. I told him to run my card and get off my property. He told me the charge was $100 and ran my card for $105 and threw my card on the ground and didn't give me a receipt. Beware-you get what you pay for!! Had drains cleaned out and 15 days later flooded again. Called since still under warranty, but told all trucks getting serviced. Guess they did not want to fix what they did not in the first place. Found out they only cleaned outside line, not inside. So much for "Any Drain, Any Time". Called in another company that did job the correct way. Watch out!

Do NOT use.... All Service Drain **** ****** ***** ******* ** ***** ************* ************ An occupancy inspection failed due to lack of hot water. An associate of mine sent the work order to All service drain assuming the water heater had the issue. Owner, ***** recommended the water heater needed a new part in which he had to order. After wasting a week he stated the part he ordered was discontinued and the water heater ultimately needed to be replaced. I called All Service and explained that water backed up out of basement drain when emptying bathtub upstairs. ***** showed up in a minivan and told me the $100.00 charge was to run the stack in basement with messy machine, he showed me the wheels were filthy, etc. He offered to go on my roof but it would cost $50 more. I told him no but as he kept talking he decided he would go on roof for same $100 cost as a favor to me. He ran the line in the roof, came down and checked the drain and said he was done. We contacted All Service Drain a week ago to come put on a **** so we can turn the water off to our home should we need to. A gentleman came out, tore up the valve cover in our driveway and gave us a quote. He even asked my husband for tools to work on the project. He charged us $50 and said his manager (Tracy) would be back on Monday at 9 a.m. to freeze the water to repair. No one showed up on Monday. When we contacted Tracy he gave us excuses after excuses.
