Shayne was absolutely amazing!!! Knocked it out of the park! 10/10 would recommend for any of your insurance needs.
No one to assist after 1700, currently stuck over the weekend to make an amendment to a policy because "Progressive doesn't have the clearance to amend". Either allow progressive to change info on a policy, or have agents 24-7 just like progressive has for everything else.
Great service!! It's nice to call somewhere and a person answers the phone that can actually help you without a long hold or talking to an answering service. Besides the service they were able to save me a good amount of money on my Auto Insurance. Highly Recommended!!!
