Don’t rent .. I got into 10 in bass lake and my stuff in 10 months was destroyed by mold .. yes EVERYTHING gone .. I was offered $200 dollars for good customer support.. so tell me is $200 dollars worth your entire house if so I will buy it … pictures, baby books , important things I can’t get back .. if anyone has this problem let me know I am hiring legal representation I not only lost my stuff but I had a severe allergic reaction to the mold which was a whole other issue I had to get figured out .
