They will try to rip you off for extra money. I locked my keys in my trunk. The woman on the phone told me it would be $45 to unlock, calls back and hands the phone over to a man that says it’s actually $50 to unlock the car and an additional $45 to unlock my trunk..even though i could literally open my trunk from the inside of my car. He lied about a security flaw that would lock me out of my trunk for unlocking the car door. I called the Kia dealership to confirm and they determined that was a LIE. Last night my toddler locked us out of the house at 9pm at night. I frantically called and asked if they could open my house. They sent a technician out very quickly who not only handled me being frantic but handled my energetic naked toddler with grace. He saved our night and bedtime. I will always recommend them to anyone. Thank you from a tired momma who just wanted to sleep.
They are amazing! They helped us get into our safe. As they helped us they made sure that everything inside was fine and not damaged. It was nice to see a San Quentin State Prison lock and key replica and know the owner is a key enthusiast just like me. I highly recommend this place, these people, and will definitely come back. Thank you all for your help.
