I have been at the storage facility for 14yrs. Just recently I have had circumstances as such where I was going to be late with my payment. When I called Dean he assured me all was ok and that they appreciated my contined renting of my unit. He thanked me for calling ahead of time to let them know and were happy to assist any way they possibly could. I have never had any issues there and appreciate their friendliness and support.
Friendly, good customer service and clean. We had a storage unit for a few months in between moves and appreciated the location, accessibility and the manager always being easy to reach and very helpful!

Extremely disappointed with how things were handled regarding my RV being broke into. I Called Wednesday or Thursday and talked to the manager told her that my relative had told me that doors were open on my trailer and several others. I notified manager who said she would be surprised if that happened since she would have noticed since she drives through there every day. I was finally able to make my way down there Saturday and found my RV broken into and several other RV's next to mine with their doors open. Ticks me off 2... read more
My parents toy hauler got broken into I will now never store anything I own here because they don't have any security and don't pay attention to the people's belongings when they do their "checks". No one other than the people that work their or pay for the storage should have access beyond that gate.. not even any cameras in a SECURE environment.. all secure... ha what a joke!
