"Deceptive Fee Practices" August 2025: I wish I had read more reviews before choosing them. They lured me in with a low introductory rate of $35/month, but that was just the beginning of a frustrating pricing nightmare. Within six months, my monthly rate had skyrocketed to $100 - nearly triple the original price. Every other month, I'd get hit with another price increase, without notice. I am loving this so far, prices are competitive, it took less than 10 really 5 mins to do the contract over the phone, and they have customer service that’s available even when no one’s on site.
Great service. Extremely easy to set up and super accessible.
Update June 2025: they increased the price from $70 to $120 without notice. Almost doubled the price with no explanation. Not worth it for long term storage as the price increases every few months (at first it went up by $10 or so) and after being their customer for a year and a half and eating the small increases in rent, they ended up almost doubling the rent out of nowhere.
