I would like to praise the staff of All Seasons Spas for their continued professional, very knowledgable, and courteous service. Karen, Jason, and Mike exemplify customer service at its finest. I highly recommend them without reservation.
After a number of no call backs from a local spa distributor I contacted All Seasons where we originally bought our Sundance spa. After 15 years it stopped working and developed a slow leak. Was told the wait was a week to a week and a half. Mentioned I was going to be on vacation and said there was an outside lockout. Mike texted me about a week later saying the hot tub was fixed and gave me a detailed description of the repairs. Plus it was less than I anticipated. The hot was ready when got back. Yep, one happy camper.
Excellent showroom and great sales staff! Love love love Leo the friendliest sales pooch ever! Great place for spa purchase and follow up questions, even if they’re not sales related. Would highly recommend this place to ANYONE.
Live and learn, we bought our 2nd tub here, wish I would have bought here the first time.

All Seasons Spas made buying a hot tub easy. Their no-pressure approach made us comfortable and Mike was very knowledgeable about everything he carried in the showroom. He asked about our needs and recommended the perfect hot tub. The delivery staff was very professional and set the hot tub up on our newly-stained deck without a scratch! They had it installed in an hour and by 10pm that night, we were soaking in our brand-new tub. Buy a hot tub from them, you’ll be glad you did.
