The shop has a nice environment. Clean and tidy. The staff are always warm and friendly, and every massage experience is amazing. Coco gave me a90-minute deep tissue massage. My shoulder pain improved. This person is also very relaxed! Highly recommended!
A few days ago I was at the 108th Street salon because I needed a facial. I told the lady at the front desk that I would like a deep cleaning. She led me to a small compartment that was only separated by a curtain. For about ten minutes all they did was bring in machinery and stuff necessary for this treatment because every room is only equipped for massage. Well, it’s a long story. I got a 90-minute head therapy treatment here. As other people mentioned, if you booked an appointment online then you actually didn't book it successfully. When I walked in, the lady at the reception desk was clipping her nails, and there were nail clippings all over the desk. The towel smelled strongly of grease, so I asked them to change it.
