If you get Rick Shepherd on a home warranty call, get control of him. Only have him look at the problem and nothing else. He came to my house on a home warranty call and only reported there were a few leaves in the cooling condenser, which didn't affect anything. He tried to call them back, but since he wasn't persistent in getting a hold of the warranty to report the real problem of bearings wearing out on a 27-year-old blower and tell the warranty company the blower was inoperable.
