Taking advantage of camp fire victims. Even have an extended warranty and they won’t come look at it. No heat and leaky and it’s supposed to be new. Never shop with this company taking advantage of the dis advantaged
This company sold my fellow pastor from Paradise who lost his church and home to the camp fire a new 2019 trailer. They had their place to live for 6 days when it rained. The trailer leaked, in the master bedroom cabinets, under the kitchen counter cabinets. While we are on this the bath door was warped, the screen door handle fell off, there was a rip in the sofa and the tires on the unit was USED........they would not replace the unit but want to fix it telling the buyers to not worry about mold it would never happen, etc ... read more
emergency picked up our trailer while it was still in the shop for our evacuated family (clearly they didnt know we were coming) only to get it home and realized it had a turd in the toilet....an employee used it while working on our trailer.....just flat grose. i never gave anyone permission to use my toilet! the repairs needed werent even toilet/bathroom related. i KNOW they must have a bathroom in the building for employees!!They have messed up before on repairs but this was the tip of the iceberg
The folks there treated us like family. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We were survivers of the Camp fire and received much compassion. Thank you everyone!
They are amazing so helpful and nice we will definitely recommend them!!!
The service department is awful. Had my trailer to fix a few things and broke something else. I took it back to have what they broke fixed and they turned it into the warranty company. How is that right?
