I've been disappointed by businesses before, but this one has to be one of the biggest disappointments. Three times I gave them an opportunity to do what they said they would do, and they dropped the ball every time. Don't waste your time trying to do business with these people. They dont show up when they say they will show up. They don't call when they are not showing up. This is our 2nd contract with All Seasons Roofing. Both homes had wood damage which was repaired to our satisfaction as listed in the estimate. Hunter Kailos was diligent and very professional in preparing an estimate along with follow-up as assistance to the roofing crew with extra materials for wood damage as needed. The price was $1000 less than others estimates. In all we have been very pleased with All Seasons Roofing and would recommend their services.

All Season's Roofing might be the best, might be the oldest family owned, might be the greatest roofer and might have a thousands of Happy Customers. However, our experience turned into a nightmare. I asked for a full refund, they sent me a check and KEPT $3,109.54 of our deposit. Looks like I have no choice but to turn this over to our attorney.
